How to Get Promoted

This ESL lesson plan is designed around a short video titled A Harvard career coach’s “unspoken rules” for getting promoted and the theme of getting promoted. Students learn vocabulary related to promotion, talk about promotion, predict the content of a short video, watch a short video, answer comprehension questions, analyse a short video, write about what they have learned from a short video, perform roleplay and reflect on the lesson.
