This engaging ESL lesson is designed around the short video How Nature Can Make You Feel Calmer and explores the themes of nature and its positive impact on well-being. It is suitable for Intermediate (B1) to Upper Intermediate (B2) level students and is ideal for teens and adults.

Students will:

  • Write about what they’ve learned from the video.

  • Perform a roleplay related to the topic.

  • Read an article titled Green Cities: Designing Urban Spaces for Calm and Well-being.

  • Answer comprehension questions based on the article.

  • Discuss key issues raised in the article.

  • Reflect on the lesson and express their own views in writing.
