  6. Hi Kieran,
    thank you very much for this lesson. We can use a reference to the movie “Pay it forward” and use it to discuss if it is realistic or not. Once I worked for a company and our HR manager gave us the following instructions : put 5 marbles in our left pocket in the morning and do kind things during the day like make a compliment, propose a coffee. No big things but kind and free things. For each good action, transfer one marble from left pocket to right pocket. I loved the idea and tried it for a while. You can see it works and making people happy around you brings smile on your face too.
    At the beginning it may seem unnatural but the thing is that after a while, it becomes natural.
    Anyway, have a nice day and thanks again for this very good piece of work you’ve provided.
